Patched Embroidery quality requirement:
- The position should be correct, the floret position should be regular, there should be no mistake or omission, and the color should be standard;
- The stitch should be smooth, neat and even;
- The color of embroidery thread should not fade;
- Uncut thread ends and underlayer should be cleaned out.
Printing quality requirement:

- Lines should be smooth, neat and clear, alignment should be accurate, and starch should be of appropriate thickness;
- Color fading, degumming, dip dying or inversion is not allowed;
- It should not touch excessively hard or sticky.
Embroidery quality requirement:
- The color, texture, and specifications of embroidery needle, sequin, bead, and such accessories should be correct, and the use of discolored or versicolor or distortional sequin or bead is not allowed;
- Embroidery should be in correct position, eudipleural and even;
- The thread for fixing sequin and ornament should be firm, and the connection line should not be excessively long (not longer than 1.5cm/stitch);
- Embroidered fabric should be free of wrinkle or bubble;
- Embroidered piece should be clean and tidy, and free of powder mark, pen mark, or oil contamination, and the front head should be clean.
Extra requirement for artwork of embroidery
Artwork Preparation:
Vector files are the best you can send to supplier, as each object in a vector file can be selected and individually manipulated independently from the rest of the image. Easily done in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or other Vector-based software, we ask that you size your image to the size you want your print. If you are unable to provide vector artwork, we need the raster file of at least 300 dpi. The quality of the print is reflected in the quality of the artwork that you provide us! Artwork with halftones images are best if controlled through our software programs, as this ensures top quality prints and helps expedite the separation process, ultimately saving you money.
How many stitches are in the design?
Once your supplier receive and digitize your artwork, they will know exactly how many stitches are in your design and be able to properly quote your order.
How many colors can your embroidery on a garment?
Supplier are able to embroider up to 15 colors on a garment depends on different supplier’s capacity.
